By booking and paying your deposit you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

 

Our Guest Information will be sent to you by email once your booking has been made. This will provide you will all information needed for your stay with us.

WOODLAND CHAMPIONS CLUB

​

• By booking and staying on the Woodland Champions Club site or using it’s facilities you agree to become a member of Woodland Champions Club and have your details shared  There is no fee for glamping membership and your details may be shared by Woodland Champions Club for the purposes of the running of the Club

 

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES

• Check in is after 4pm on the day of arrival

• Check out is before 10am on the day of departure

PAYMENTS

• On booking a 25% deposit is required. This is non-refundable.

• The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to your arrival date.

• We highly recommend you take out travel insurance once you have made your booking.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you cancel within 21 days of your arrival date no amount will be refunded.

• We reserve the right to cancel any bookings at short notice in the event of extreme weather conditions or if we are unable to provide safe accommodation. No liability will fall on The Little Retreat should any restrictions be applied in the event of floods, drought, power cuts or any other such circumstances. If we do have to cancel your stay and we are unable to find an alternative date a full refund will be given.

 

CANCELLATIONS – COVID 19

If any of the following occur:

• You or a member of your party test positive for Covid 19

You will need to claim on your own travel insurance

NOISE POLICY

We do have a low-level noise policy so our guests can relax and enjoy their surroundings. We would hate to ask anyone to leave if this is an issue but will if other guests are disturbed.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am.

DAMAGE OR BREAKAGES

We ask that during your stay you respect your accommodation & items inside. We understand breakages occur, but if this looks likely to be negligence, we may charge you for replacements.

Please look after our lovely Domes & Stargazers so everyone can enjoy them!

 

SMOKING

All of our Domes & Stargazer Tents are strictly no smoking undercover.

Please smoke outside and dispose of your rubbish in a safe manner ie; campfire or bin when unlit.

 

DOGS

We welcome well behaved dogs at The Little Retreat. Strictly no dogs on the beds or furniture, if extra cleaning or replacements are needed the guest will be charged for these costs
